This policy explains what [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Adscream", "we") collects when you use adscream.xyz, why we collect it, and who else processes it.

Information we collect

Account details: your email address and name, handled by our authentication provider when you sign up or sign in.
Billing details: your subscription plan, credit balance, and payment history. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor — they never reach our servers.
Content you submit: product page URLs, brand briefs, and the generation settings you choose (platform, style, duration, aspect ratio).
Content we fetch on your behalf: when you submit a product URL, we retrieve that page's title, description, and listing image so we can generate a video from it.
Generated output: the scripts, voiceovers, and finished videos produced for your jobs, plus the job records showing status, credits used, and any errors.
Basic technical data: server logs including IP address, request times, and error traces, kept for security and debugging.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your submitted content or generated videos to train our own models.

To generate the videos you request and deliver them back to you.
To operate accounts, apply credits, and process subscription and credit-pack payments.
To debug failures, prevent abuse, and keep the service running.
To reply to support enquiries you send us.

Service providers

We rely on the following third parties to run Adscream. Each processes only what it needs to perform its function, under its own privacy terms:

Clerk — authentication and account management (email address, name, session data).
Stripe — payment processing and card handling (billing details; we receive only the result of a payment, never card numbers).
Neon — managed PostgreSQL hosting for account, job, and credit records.
Google (Gemini and Veo APIs) — AI script writing, voice synthesis, and video generation. Your prompts, brand briefs, and product images are sent to Google to produce your video.
Pexels — stock footage search and delivery for Branding Studio videos.
Hostinger — the virtual server that runs the application and stores generated videos.

Where your videos are stored

Finished videos are stored on our server and served from a randomly generated, unguessable URL. Anyone holding that exact link can view the video, so treat video links as private and share them deliberately. Videos and their job records are retained for [RETENTION PERIOD], after which they may be deleted.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your account data, or ask us to delete your account and its associated content, by emailing us.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; see the Terms of Service for how credits and refunds are handled.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights over your personal data. Contact us and we will respond in line with the law that applies to you.

Children

Adscream is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where the change significantly affects you, notify you by email.
