Terms of Service

The service

Adscream generates short-form advertising videos. The E-commerce Video Studio fetches a product page you supply and animates its listing image using a third-party AI video model. The Branding Video Studio writes a script from a brand brief you supply, pairs it with licensed stock footage, adds a synthesised voiceover, and burns in captions.

Generation happens on third-party AI infrastructure. Output quality, timing, and availability depend on those providers, and we cannot guarantee any particular result.

Your account

• You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Credits and payment

• Video generation consumes credits, purchased as one-off credit packs at 1 credit = 1 US dollar.
• Credits are reserved when a job starts and settled when it finishes. If a job fails, reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Purchased credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.
• Prices are shown before purchase. We may change prices with notice, but a change never affects a billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Credits consumed by successfully generated videos are not refundable, since the underlying generation cost has already been incurred. Credits consumed by jobs that failed due to a fault on our side are returned automatically.

Content you supply

You keep ownership of the product pages, images, brand names, and briefs you submit. By submitting them you grant us permission to fetch, process, and pass them to our AI providers purely to generate your video.

• You must have the right to use everything you submit. Do not submit product pages, photographs, logos, or trademarks you do not own or have permission to use.
• Do not submit content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes anyone's rights.
• Do not use Adscream to advertise products or services that are illegal in the markets where the ad will run.
• Do not attempt to generate videos depicting real identifiable people without their consent.

Videos you generate

Subject to these terms and to the third-party licences below, you may use the videos Adscream produces for you commercially, including as paid social advertising.

Branding Studio videos incorporate stock footage licensed from Pexels. That footage remains subject to the Pexels licence: you may use it commercially within your ad, but you may not sell or redistribute the footage itself as a standalone asset, and you may not use footage depicting identifiable people in a way that is offensive or that implies their endorsement. Videos generated through the AI video model are additionally subject to that provider's usage terms.

You are responsible for reviewing every video before you publish it, and for ensuring the finished ad complies with the advertising rules of the platform you post it to and the law where it runs.

AI-generated output

Scripts, voiceovers, and video are produced by AI models. Output can be inaccurate, can misrepresent a product, and can occasionally resemble existing material. Nothing generated is a statement of fact by us, and none of it is reviewed by a human before you receive it.

Several advertising platforms require AI-generated or digitally altered content to be labelled as such. Complying with those disclosure rules is your responsibility.

Availability

We aim to keep Adscream running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used to abuse the service or its providers, or where required by law. You may stop using Adscream and close your account at any time by contacting us.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adscream is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including from any advertising outcome.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Adscream after that point means you accept the updated terms.
